We want you to be satisfied with Strong Data. If you are not happy with your subscription, please review the refund terms below.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We generally consider refunds in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error or experienced a billing mistake
  • A technical issue prevented you from using core paid features
  • You forgot to cancel before renewal and contact us within 7 days

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not typically offer refunds in these cases:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date (outside the 7-day grace window)
  • Partial months or unused portions of an annual plan

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@strongdata.app with your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
