Terms of Service — Strong Data

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Strong Data ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Strong Data is a fitness and body-composition tracking application. We provide tools for logging workouts, nutrition, body scans, health metrics, cycle tracking, goals, progress photos and AI-powered data extraction from screenshots.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

6. Data and Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you enter. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Strong Data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health or fitness decisions based on data shown in the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
